So this week we went over divorce and how it can impact developmental factors at every age. One big thing that it taught me was how many children are coming from a split household into the school. As a future educator that was never a thought that crossed my mind or even how many children are affected by it. The way it talked about the effect on developmental factors really broadened the way I see divorce and the effect it has on children.
