1. Connections -Everyday i would make a better connection with either the students or the faculty that was working there.
  2. Understanding- More of a understanding of what it’s like to do the job.
  3. Mental Health-Dealing with the stress and how to contain it.
  4. Experience- I learned more doing this about my future.
  5. Patience- Gave me a better undestadning on the patience in teaching
  6. Learning- Every day you would learn something new
  7. Communication- You have to learn how to communicate with the faculty there and the students to inform them or help them
  8. Focused- Having to stay focused while also trying to keep the kids focused and on task
  9. Attention- The learning of trying to keep attention of the students while also giving them the attention when needed
  10. Teaching- Kinda just learning the whole teaching while on a site
