This may sound like a copy of my old philosophy, but these are key aspects to me as a future educator.

These are the main concepts that are very important to me that’ll make me the best future educator that I can be.

  • Connections
  • Communication
  • Fun
  • Memory
  • Learning

With all these listed here they are very important to me as I’m learning how I want my career as an educator to be. One thing that I learned the first semester was connections. Connections are such a big part of the education world; you need to be able to connect with the students and their parents with also creating a connection with the other faculty in the building. With these connections you will learn more about the way you teach and ways to better it and become that better educator that you want to be. While learning there is more than just learning how to become that better educator but also the learning of the students. While also coming up with new ways to help them learn better so it’s kept in their memory. Memory is a big part of blooms taxonomy. Memory is something that sticks with you forever and if you can come up with ways for students to remember your material better it’ll make their lives way simpler, and they will have more easier recognition on the things being taught. The main way to get the best memory of that class is to make the material they are learning fun. It just can’t be seen as being taught by a robot but make it so they can enjoy what they are learning. Either with coming with fun projects or fun things to do in class that will be mixed with the material being taught. While making the material more fun you must have good communication with the students. To understand if they’re understanding the content of the class. While also keeping communitive with other faculty to see what is working for them and just going back forth on ideas to see what they think of your ideas.

These are just a couple of my main focuses that I’ve learned so far that will stick with me throughout the rest of my future as trying to learn how to be an educator.
